  They are better than LOG home builders. But, after only living in our home for 3 years they used nails instead of screws, the foundation was cracked before we even moved in, we were told that was normal, some of our Windows no longer have the E gas in them cuz it all leaked out, we have lots of holes in our doors ( cheap cheap doors in manufacturer issues) so the bugs get in all the time lizards and snakes, found out they have too many rooms tied to one circuit breaker so our circuit breaker kept tripping, found out garage door opener was not tied into the exterior frame of the home so it broke the bolt and came loose. It could have hit someone had we been standing up under it when it happened, and the HOA is a joke. There are so many people moving out of Highland Homes at neck braking speeds.
