  Not a big fan of apartment living, so three stars is a pretty good review from me.
  
  Although amenities have improved recently, while we lived there shopping was difficult to reach in the quote-unquote dog park was a tiny strip of land.
  
  The staff tried to do as best as possible given the limitations, however corporate made things difficult for them.
  
  If you live here be aware that you'll be on the Polk County Osceola County Line. You'll be on the Osceola County side which means that you'll receive all Orlando stations and Orlando Utilities. If you're moving from areas like Lakeland or Davenport proper expect us change in area code and services. This can be quite disconcerting at times.
